Recovery run. Again using gradient so I don't have to turn the legs over quite as quickly. A total of 13.0kms in 47:36 (3:40's). It took me 4km to get into my recovery zone and then nicely in thereafter. Definitely a lot easier to hit the zones on the treadmill - when it starts to get tough you have to refuse to notch down the speed and just keep going. On the road you just slow down without thinking about it. Well I do - that's because I'm soft...
