Weather okay so outside for 8kms gradually winding up the pace (average 3:47/km). Then 6km of threshold running (average 3:23/km). Finishing up with 800m warm-down. All up 14.8kms.
New darts league started in the evening. Very rusty and won my pairs and lost my singles. Overall we won 7-2. It can only get better - that said the Guinness were hitting the spot nicely.
