Longer midweek run
I'll try and get this run up to an hour and a half over the next couple of months. Today I managed just over and hour and was tired going into the session after a late night/early morning. A total of 16.1kms all up in a time of 1:07:21 (4:11's).

Matt - was wondering if you have a post about your 5km progression. The 10k and half progression posts were excellent.
I've currently got my 5km time down from 20:50 at the start of 2011 to 18:23 which I ran in December. My training has plateaued a bit, but looking to see how long it takes to make any gains again. Thanks!
