Just me and Owen today for the early morning run. We started slow but gradually wound the pace up and by the end we were comfortably running sub 4's. All up 14.8kms in 59:23 (4:01's) and that's the first time ever to go under the hour for this run on a Thursday morning. A glorious day and all done and dusted shortly after 7:30am...
Ronnie looks to be in a but of bother in the snooker trailing 5-3 to Joe Perry after their first session...
