An easy rattle up and down the main road. Total 12.4kms in 52:25 (4:14's). That's one second quicker than last Monday's run. Progress right there.
I don't have a training plan for the marathon as of yet. It will be a case of following similar sessions to what I did in my build up to Dublin and failing that I'll make it up as I go along. On this subject this is a good read:

Robertson won the snooker as I expected and Spurs were a little unlucky (read totally robbed) against Man City. At least Arsenal lost as well.
