My new years resolution is to try and do a few more hill sessions. Today I made a start with a repeat of the session I've been doing recently. A 3.4km warm-up, then 30 minutes continuos hills (1 minute up, jog back down), followed by a 2.3km warm-down.
I managed 13 up and downs by which time I'd gone over the 30 minutes. A good session as it is short and sharp and is quickly over. A total of 12.6kms for the day.
