No run today. Busy doing other stuff so it never happened.
Well the big news is that I've decided to come out of marathon retirement. It looks like I have a Championship entry for the London marathon in April. That means I'm going to have to get a dozen weeks of decent mileage (100km weeks) under the belt starting very soon. Could the impossible be repeated with another sub 2:30? At this stage I very much doubt it...

I have decided to go for a sub 3 at Gold Coast this year.
After a few PBs at 6' Track and TNF100.
Love the blog getting heaps out of reading it.
