The plan was to make my track comeback today but with both kids sick that never happened. Instead it was another session on the treadmill. I reverted back to 2km efforts (times 3). Trying to make this a bit harder than 2 weeks previous I decided to up the pace slightly and reduce the recovery.
Overall it was 3km warm-up, 3 x 2km off 400m float, 3.2km warm-down. All up 13kms in 50:29. The speeds for the efforts were 18.2, 18.4 and 18.6kms/hour respectively. Another good sweat.
No darts league match tonight but we still met down the pub for some practice. Just when you wanted to take it easy on the beer front the landlord decides to give us all free beer. Nice.
