I think I overdid it a bit yesterday. I pulled up with a sore right knee which I think I may have jarred or something. Easily done and I suspect it could have been during the long downhill section in the 3rd km of the race.
The pain was more getting up and down from a chair, or climbing the stairs, but seemed okay when walking. So I decided to try and run and was conscious of the knee the whole way as I tentatively eased into my running. I got round covering the 11.1kms in 47:03 (4:14's). I'll live...
