I finished the week with another easy run of 11.1kms in 45:22 (4:05's). I was feeling good today which was surprising as it was one of the windiest days that you could wish for.
That's 79.0kms for the week which isn't too bad. A good week with 2 decent sessions (5km race and 10km tempo). Time to really knuckle down next week starting with a return to the track on Tuesday, another session on Thursday, race on Saturday and long on Sunday. That structure of 3 sessions a week plus long run on Sunday is something I want to hit for the next few months.
