Easy 10 miles to shake out the legs after the run yesterday. Legs a bit sore, and the weather had taken a nasty turn (wet and windy), so not the most pleasant experience. All up 16.1kms in 1:10:42 (4:23's).
The plan is to take it easy this week. I'll try some threshold runs but I'll wind back the pace a little as to not overdo it.
