My weekly track session. Arrived and did the normal 2 miles (3.2km) around the University pitches. Then onto the track for some strides before the session.
It was a repeat of the session from April 27th here.
So 4 x 400, then 3 x 1600, finishing with 4 x 400.
60 seconds recovery between 400's, 90 seconds between the 1600's, and 90 seconds between sets. Times were as follows:

68,67,66,64
Very happy with those. The middle 1600 I ran too quick and it took me a while to recover but the last few 400's I felt really good. Nice to finish with a 64.4. I think I've moved up a notch so I need this form to be replicated on Saturday in the road 10km.
Another 3.2km warm-down so all up 14.4km for the day.
