Legs sore today. I feel like I've been stabbed in the left calf. So out for a run to try and run it off. A very easy jaunt of 10km in 46:14. No improvement post run. I'll be right after a few days...

Out of interest, what changed in your running from 2005 until present to get you under 2.30 marathon pace?
I guess i see myself in the 2.50ish range my would like to one day run a 2.40ish marathon - wondered if you had any decent tips?
