A bit of a cold snap here in Galway. I ran around 6pm and the pavement at the start of the run was already a little icy. I finished up running up and down the N17 to give me 12.6kms in 54:26 (4:19's).
Thought it would be easy after a nice break but didn't feel that way. Oh well, it least it's a start.
