Woke up feeling just about back to normal. I ran at lunchtime, an easy 7km in 31:41. I threw in 3 x 400s at gradient 5.0 in the middle at 3:43/km pace as a final tune up (with 400m recovery). Felt pretty good.
Then later in the day I managed to put my back out whilst studying. Very sore, running will not be easy. Hope it gets better tomorrow. A few beers required for pain relief. What a week!
