I headed out at lunchtime and I had 1hr 20 for my run. Decided to run at LCNP. Started with a 10km loop in 42:16. Then a further 9km to finish with 19km in 1:19:32. So that's a pretty solid pace of 4:11/km. Felt pretty easy although my right abductor is a bit sore (time for a massage). Must be doing too much of this running as I seem to be able to name every muscle and tendon in the legs.
Yesterday was a bad run. I'm quickly over it.
All up 64.5km for the week.
