A very easy 10km in the gym.

Trying to get in a routine of:
Monday easy 10km (gym)
Tuesday tempo 10km (gym)
Wednesday easy 10km (gym)
Thursday intervals (SOPAC)
Friday easy 10km (gym)
Saturday race/time trial
Sunday long run
Lots of treadmill running in there (4 days). Seems to be okay for easy runs.
