Track Thursday

3.2km up and down. With 15 x 400s thrown in the middle on the track with one minute walking recovery.

Times were:

Another toughie in the bag. A little quicker than when I did this session a few weeks back - maybe a second a rep. Now it's time to meet my Dad at the airport and head out for a few pints...
