I did the 9.6km loop today. I felt really good and it was one of those runs that felt really easy - as if you had someone pushing you along. Time 39:11 so that's 4:05 kms.
It started to rain towards the end of the run - I'm going to have to get used to that!
I'm going to run a local 5km race at Maree tomorrow. Another chance for a good hit-out.
