up 13.0kms
Sat – 10km treadmill recovery run 37:20 (3:44’s)
Sun – 2km up, 10 x 1km treadmill threshold intervals, 1km down. All up
13.0kms
Weekly Total 85.7kms
A slight change of tact with the threshold runs – working a lot more
lower zone as the groin is still troublesome so I’m just trying to protect that
as much as possible. No more races planned until Dec 26th so plenty
of time to make some progress.
